Sohna property market: Is this growth sustainable?

Sohna - just took possession of my 3BHK in Mundka a couple of months back. Honestly, the final price with all the PLC and OC charges was way higher than initial quotes. Now I'm seeing prices still climbing, especially near SPR. Builder bol rahe hain market will only go up till 2026, but after all these hidden costs, I'm thinking, is this current price rise even sustainable? Ya correction aayega? What's the scene for Sohna by 2026? Anyone else recently bought and feeling the pinch or worried about future appreciation?
