Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector in Sohna. Looking at a 3BHK in Sector 69, maybe a CBS Developer project. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Can we actually negotiate on price with builders in Sohna? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain for a 1.8 Cr flat? Aur ye hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, parking, OC... sab milake kitna extra lag jaata hai? Don't want any surprises at possession after stamp duty and registration. Is there a way to lock in the final all-in cost beforehand?

1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sohna? Bhai, yeh toh sirf base price hoga. Usme toh bahut hidden charges lag jaate hain. Negotiation pe itna mat socho ki builder 10-15% discount dega, 2-3% mil jaaye toh badi baat hai aajkal. CBS Developer ka track record bhi check kar lena, suna hai delivery mein delays karte hain.
