Sohna property prices hide too many costs
Working in real estate for years, but now buying my own 3BHK in Sohna, specifically Sector 24, is a whole different ballgame. Builders like VSquare Development Company Pvt. Ltd. quote a price, but yaar, is negotiation even possible beyond 2-3%? Everyone talks about Sohna's capital appreciation, but nobody mentions the real all-in cost. I know the super area vs carpet area games. What about hidden charges? Possession ke time pe OC, maintenance deposit, utility connections – kitna extra lag jaata hai? Advertised price se kitna upar jaata hai final bill? Seems like they lure you with one number, then death by a thousand cuts. Is there any way to pre-empt these 'surprises'? Change my mind, but I think the 'all-inclusive' is just a myth. Disagree? Tell me why.
