Sohna property search: Is the premium justified anymore?

Honestly, I thought finding a bigger place would be easier than my 2BHK in Sector 91. My family needs a 3BHK or villa now, and I've been eyeing the Sohna corridor. But yaar, prices wahaan kaafi upar lag rahe hain. I'm wondering, has Sohna already peaked? Is it still undervalued for investment, ya ab sirf end-users ke liye hai? Which specific sectors or projects in Sohna offer the best value right now? Not sure if the price jump is worth it, considering I already have a home loan.
