Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sohna Sector 72, specifically Lykehomes. They're quoting around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Honestly, I'm finding it tough to understand the final price. Kitna negotiate kar sakte hain in Sohna? Builders bolte hain fixed price hai, but I've heard people get discounts. Also, is the all-in cost just property price + stamp duty? My parents keep saying there are so many hidden charges. Kya PLC aur parking ke alawa bhi kuch extra lagta hai possession pe? Not sure how much more to budget for.
