Sector 93 Sohna — I'm seriously considering a 2BHK, fed up of renting now. GLS Infra ke projects dekhe hain, around ₹95L for a 2BHK. But the all-in cost breakdown is confusing. Matlab, property price ke upar kitna extra lagta hai for stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking? Pre-launch mein lena better hai ya abhi open market mein? Investor perspective se, I want to know the real total cost of acquisition. Should I push for spot discounts or is that usually just a gimmick?

GLS Infra? Bhai, unka track record Sohna mein itna accha nahi hai. Especially possession delays ka sunna hai. ₹95L for 2BHK in Sohna sounds high, even with all-in.
Exactly! Mere cousin ne Baharampur Naya mein GLS ka project book kiya tha. Possession date 2022 thi, abhi tak basement ka kaam chal raha hai. Penalty bhi nahi dete time pe. Be very careful with GLS. Sohna mein bahut builders ka
