Sohna property: The real cost is always a mystery

Nurpur Jharsa — I've been eyeing properties here for a 3BHK upgrade, moving from my current 2BHK. Honestly, the way builders like Wal Developments quote prices is so misleading. Everyone talks about base price, but no one really talks about the *real* final cost. I'm talking about the super area vs carpet area game, and all those hidden charges that pop up near possession. Matlab, PLC, floor rise, IFMS, club membership... it's a joke. Are we just accepting builder diktat? I think construction-linked payment plans are a trap too, tying up funds. Change my mind.
