Sohna property: Will prices hold up till 2026?

Just moved into my 2BHK in Block E Sohna last month, possession was in March. Honestly, current prices feel quite high. I'm wondering if this price rise in Sohna is sustainable till 2026. Yaar, thoda darr lag raha hai ki correction toh nahi aayega, especially after reading about 'Gurgaon Real Estate in 2026: Bubble, Boom, or Something in Between'. My 2BHK cost me around ₹1.1 Cr, hoping for good appreciation. Which areas do you guys think will give maximum ROI in the next 2 years? Apart from the obvious Golf Course Extension Road, are there any hidden gems near SPR Extension or specific parts of Block E itself that will outperform? Input would be really helpful!
