Sohna Road 2BHK: My 'all-in' cost anxiety is real
Sohna Road – been checking out projects there for a while now. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Builders like Tribeca Creators LLP dikhaate hain ek price, but the actual 'all-in' cost is always so much more. Mera main concern hai ki how much extra do you really end up paying beyond the base price for a 2BHK there? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, electricity meter – yeh sab kitna add ho jaata hai? I'm looking at something around ₹1.5 Cr base price. What's the realistic final figure people are getting? Also, any hidden charges that only pop up near possession time? I'm trying to avoid those last-minute surprises. Huda City Centre se thoda door hai, so connectivity ke liye thoda buffer rakhna padega. Any insights on the real out-of-pocket expenditure would be super helpful.

Totally feel you, OP! Yeh 'all-in' cost ka chakkar toh sabse bada headache hai. Builders ki brochures mein base price dekh ke khush ho jaate hain, but jab final figure aata hai toh hosh ud jaate hain. Mera bhi same budget hai aur Sohna Road dekh raha tha, ab darr lag raha hai kitna extra pakad ke chalun. Your anxiety is super real, yaar.
