Sohna Road pe real hidden risks kya hain, especially for different types of projects? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at two options: ek ready-to-move project near Sector 49, aur doosra under-construction, thoda aage, maybe Sector 65/66 ke paas. RTM mein OC aur connectivity clear hai, but price high. UC mein price better, but possession delay aur infra ka risk. Which one has less *unexpected* trouble in your experience? What do you think?

Totally agree with the sentiment! RTM ka price high hota hai but at least you know what you are getting. UC mein builder ka reputation, quality, aur sabse bada issue, possession delay.
Bhai, Sohna Road mein toh UC projects ka track record theek nahi hai. Mere friend ka paisa Badshahpur ke paas ek project mein fasa hai, 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila. RTM hi best hai for peace of mind, even if it costs more.
