Sohna Road infra hype hides poor resale

Five years back, I thought Sohna Road was just a passing phase. Everyone glorifies the upcoming infra, but yaar, nobody talks about the actual resale market. I'm currently in a 2BHK nearby, eyeing a 3BHK for like ₹2.5 Cr. Is it even possible to exit later without a huge loss? Lagta hai end-users ke liye trap hai. Change my mind.
