Did a site visit to Sohna Road last weekend, and honestly, the vibe is a bit confusing. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge. Sohna Road mein kaafi projects dekhe, but daily life ka kya scene hai? Traffic ka sunke darr lagta hai, especially peak hours mein. Is it a real nightmare or manageable? Commute time Cyber City tak kitna lag jaata hai? Log bolte hain green cover accha hai, but actually rehne mein kaisa feel hota hai? Schools, markets sab theek hain ya door hain? Also, long-term investment potential kaisa hai? 3-5 saal mein appreciation dikhega kya, considering Dwarka Expressway development? EMI vs rent ka math toh clear hai, bas area ka confidence chahiye.

Totally get you! Renting is a black hole. Sohna Road looks promising on paper, but that commute to Cyber City is my biggest fear. Heard about the green cover too, sounds good but is it practical for daily life? Schools, markets, all that jazz.
Haan bhai, same problem with rent. Sohna Road mein projects toh badhiya dikhte hain, but commute tension dimaag kharab kar rahi hai.
