I work in real estate, but buying here for myself feels different. Last monsoon, Sohna Road was a mess. Builder ne toh bade-bade claims kiye the drainage ke, but society ke andar tak paani bhar gaya tha. Meri building DLF ki hai. Maintenance charges are crazy high, still basic issues like waterlogging aren't fixed. Matlab kya point hai itna paisa dene ka? Is it just my block or poore Sohna Road ka yahi haal hai? Anyone else faced this, especially with DLF? What did you do?

Totally relate! I thought it was just my society. We are in a different builder's project near Badshahpur, and same story. Last year, my car almost got stuck in the water. Builders just promise the moon and deliver nothing, then charge exorbitant maintenance for basic amenities. This is why first-time buyers like us feel so cheated.
Haan bhai, Sohna Road ka toh yahi haal hai. DLF ho ya koi aur, sabka same drama.
