Visited a couple of projects on Sohna Road last weekend. Kids moved out, so selling our big house, need something manageable. Builders are hyping Global City and SPR Extension. But infra project completion pe kitna bharosa karein? Is investment abhi worth it, ya prices already inflated hain for these promises?

Sohna Road ka case thoda tricky hai. Yes, the potential is huge with Global City and SPR, but the timeline is the real killer. Compare it to something like Airport Road side, jahan already a lot of development happened and prices stabilized. Sohna Road still feels like a gamble where you're paying for future potential that might take 10-15 years to fully materialize. For first-time buyers, maybe a more developed area with slightly higher but stable prices is better?
Kis project ki baat kar rahe ho yaar? Main bhi dekh raha hoon udhar, especially around SPR Extension near Baliawas. Kya M3M projects mein bhi delay hai ya sirf smaller builders ka scene hai?
Toh phir SPR Extension projects mein invest karna abhi sahi hai ya wait karna chahiye? Kya prices aur niche aayenge?
Sach mein, M3M ke toh kaafi project delay hue hain. SPR Extension ka kaam toh chalu hai, but pura hone mein time lagega. Jab tak connectivity smooth nahi hoti, Sohna Road ka pura potential unlock nahi hoga.
M3M ke projects mein bhi delays hain, U4. Mere friend ne Urbana booked kiya tha, uski bhi possession date shift ho gayi hai. Builders ka standard tactic hai, they launch early to get funds, then construction slows down. RERA penalty bhi itni kam hai ki they don't care much. Check RERA website for actual completion dates, not what they promise on site.
Exactly my thoughts! Maine bhi 2 saal pehle ek project mein book kiya tha Badshahpur ke paas, yeh soch ke ki Global City banega toh value badhegi. Ab tak possession ka kuch clear nahi hai, aur prices toh aise badh gaye hain jaise sab kuch ready ho.
Haan, mera bhi yahi haal hai. Sector 33 ke paas ek project mein booking ki thi, possession date do baar extend ho chuki hai. Builders bas RERA date ka bahana dete rehte hain.
Which project was it, U3? Name bataoge toh helpful hoga.
Sahi kaha yaar. Sohna Road pe toh prices already out of control lag rahe hain. Infrastucture ka toh bas promise hi hai.
Par long term mein toh growth dikh rahi hai. Gurugram expand hoga toh Sohna Road hi next logical step hai. Thoda patience rakhna padega bas.
Totally! Lagta hai builders bas future ki hawa mein prices badha rahe hain. Baharampur Naya ke paas bhi same situation hai.
