Since possession was in March, I've had a few months to really experience Sohna Road, specifically Sector 70. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the prices here for a 3BHK are just insane, considering what you actually get. Everyone glorifies the potential, but my first-hand experience tells a different story. I shelled out ₹2.2 Cr for my flat, expecting a certain lifestyle. But the daily traffic is still a nightmare, and getting anywhere takes forever. Plus, the maintenance charges are steep, and I don't see the value. Is the appreciation potential really enough to justify this daily grind? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, you've said it! I thought it was just me. We are also looking at Sector 70 for a 3BHK and the prices are just *mind-boggling*. ₹2.2 Cr for a new flat, and then you hear about traffic and maintenance? It makes you second-guess everything. What kind of maintenance charges are you seeing there, if you don't mind sharing?
U1, I can tell you, in my society nearby, it's easily ₹4-5 per sqft.
