Sohna Road prices: should I jump in or hold?
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in Mohali, especially along Sohna Road. Honestly, the surge in the last 1-1.5 years has been something else. I've seen 2BHKs near Sector 82 that were around ₹65L now quoted at ₹85L, yaar. The data shows a solid 20-30% jump in certain pockets. From my experience, ye itni fast appreciation sustain karna mushkil hota hai. The current yield figures aren't always matching this price growth, which is a bit concerning. My dilemma is, should I go for it now, hoping for continued growth, ya wait for a potential correction? I'm eyeing a flat near Sector 105, but the current price feels a bit stretched. What's your take on the current price trend on Sohna Road? Is it still a good entry point for decent ROI, or should I hold off? Kya lagta hai, correction aayega?
