Sohna Road (Sector 70-90) mein Shri R D Infra ka project dekha hai. Builder spot discount offer kar raha. But super area-carpet area difference bahut hai. Broker bolta deal achhi hai. Is spot discount real ya super area trap?

Dekho, spot discounts can be genuine sometimes, especially if the builder needs to clear inventory quickly or for specific units. But in your case, the large super area-carpet area difference is definitely a red flag. Always ask for the complete price breakup, including all hidden charges like PLC, IDC, EDC, club membership, etc. Then calculate the per sqft rate on carpet area, not super area, and compare it with other projects. Don't rush into it just because of a "discount."
