Sohna Road property costs are a massive shock
Sohna Road (Sector 70-90) — just moved into my Bestech project there a couple months back. Sab bolte hain price per sqft dekho, but actual mein kitna extra lagta hai, nobody tells you properly. My 3BHK was like 1.8 Cr but stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and then interiors... it easily crossed 2.2 Cr. PLC was a killer for a higher floor. Initial quote mein toh they just show basic price. Construction-linked plan liya tha, but sometimes lagta hai maybe down payment plan better hota for discounts. Builders ka yeh payment plan game samajhna is tough. Is it smarter to push for a bigger spot discount or leverage payment terms? Has anyone else felt this crunch with all-in costs in Gurugram? Was CLPP a good call ya I should've pushed for a bigger upfront discount?
