Overall, Sohna Road has potential, no doubt. But for immediate family safety and amenities, it's a mixed bag. Some societies are great, others are still catching up. It's not fully developed like other parts of Gurgaon. Do your due diligence, visit multiple times, day and night.
Budget toh sabse bada factor hai. Sohna Road mein prices abhi bhi Gurugram ke core se kam hain, but kya yeh next big investment hub hai? Current market conditions mein, is it a good time to buy, ya price correction ka wait karna chahiye? EMI toh bahut high ja rahi hai aajkal.

Builder ka promises toh bahut hote hain, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Make sure you check the exact sector and project's drainage history before buying. It's a big investment, can't take risks.
Newer sectors mein itna issue nahi hai, they have better planning. Don't generalize.
Yes, waterlogging was an issue in some older parts and low-lying areas, especially near Baharampur Naya. Builder ne bola tha drainage system improve kiya hai, but pata nahi kitna sach hai.

Connectivity to main Gurugram is improving but traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours near Subhash Chowk. My concern is mostly about infrastructure still catching up with the residential boom. Schools like G.D. Goenka are there, but admissions are tough.
Totally agree about the traffic, it's getting worse. Aur schools ka kya scene hai? Meri beti ka admission next year hai, aur humein accha school chahiye. Kya options hain wahan pe, especially around Badshahpur?

Dekho, vibe toh acchi lagti hai but security ke liye guards pe hi depend karna padta hai society ke andar. Baahar ka area abhi bhi development phase mein hai. Parks hain but maintenance ka issue rehta hai kahin kahin.
