Sohna Road: where's the real investment value now?

Honestly, I'm just done with renting in Gurgaon. Landlord ne fir rent badha diya, ab bas equity banana hai. EMI vs rent ka math kar raha hu. Sohna Road pe nazar hai, but not sure if it's already peaked for investment. Kya abhi bhi koi good value sectors ya projects hain wahan? What's your take?
