ROF Insignia Park 88 aur Trinity Sky Palazzo Residences Sohna mein short-listed hain. ROF ka advertised price vs final cost, kitna difference aata hai? Trinity, being upcoming, mein pre-launch deals ke peeche hidden charges kya hain? Total cost of ownership (TCO) including stamp duty, PLC, aur maintenance for both projects, kya expect karoon? Aur Trinity mein investor ratio high hone ka risk hai kya? Ghost society nahi chahiye yaar.

Yaar, I feel you. Khud ke liye ghar lena is a different ball game, even for us 'experts'. ROF ka price range dekh ke lagta hai ki they're trying to project a premium image. But jo advertised price hota hai na, usmein 20-25% extra pakad ke chalo for PLC, IFMS, club membership, all the hidden 'charges'. Mera toh experience yahi raha hai Gurugram mein.
