Visited a few resales on Sohna Road last weekend. Saw a 3BHK in an older Signature Global project asking ₹1.8 Cr. I'm thinking of pushing hard for ₹1.6 Cr. From my experience, secondary market in Sohna has more negotiation room than new builder projects, where Emaar or Godrej won't budge much. What's the real ground reality for negotiation on resale properties versus new launches? And what hidden transfer charges usually pop up?

Bhai, this is exactly what I've been thinking! Sohna Road pe resale ki baat hi alag hai. Builders toh apne rates pe adhe rehte hain, but resale mein ek hope rehti hai. ₹1.6 Cr for a 3BHK sounds decent if it's a good project. But haan, hidden transfer charges ka darr toh rehta hai. What kind of hidden charges are we talking about exactly?
Totally agree! I'm also eyeing resale for the same reason. Builder
