Sohna Sector 103 — resale market mein kuch numbers dekh ke I'm a bit confused. Dwarka Expressway ka hype aur Global City jaise projects ki proximity, still resale premiums utne solid nahin dikh rahe jitne expected the. My analysis shows ki actual registration values aur asking price mein thoda gap hai, especially for 2BHKs. Are people holding on for another 2-3 years ya abhi bhi decent exits mil rahe hain? From my experience, future infrastructure se pehle current market liquidity dekhni padti hai. My quick hack is always to check the last 6 months' actual registry data for similar sized units. Helps get a real picture of ROI, not just builder's price appreciation. Any thoughts on this trend in Sohna's Sector 103?
