Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 112, Sohna. I'm currently in a 2BHK but looking to upgrade to a 3BHK. Builder quotes for a 3BHK around ₹1.6 Cr sound okay initially, but then add-ons like PLC, IFMS, and other infra charges just skyrocket the price. It's closer to ₹2 Cr easily. Is this price jump worth it for the actual value? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Are these builders transparent about the actual cost or are there more hidden charges later? Feel like they're hiding stuff, honestly not sure.

Totally relate! Main bhi Sector 112 mein ek project dekh raha tha, same story. Base price kuch aur, final price mein 30-40 lakh extra. Builder sales team itna smooth baat karti hai ki lagta hai sab theek hai, but contract mein sab ch
Bhai, bilkul sahi pakda hai. Yeh hidden charges toh standard ho gaye hain. Sohna mein toh water supply ka bahut issue hai, mere friend ko Airport Road se shift hone ke baad bahut problem hui.
