₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sohna's Sector 1B, Vatsalaya project. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits myself, so really relying on you guys for ground truth. Builder is pushing a construction-linked payment plan. Is this actually smarter than a lump sum down payment for an investor like me, ya fir there's a catch? Matlab, what's the real advantage? Also, what's the scene with super area vs carpet area? Heard builders inflate numbers, especially for NRIs who can't verify onsite. Kaise check karein ki they're not playing games? Any specific areas in Sohna where you think there's still value for some price correction? DMIC aur Global City ke paas ka kya scene hai? Power of attorney se sab manage karna padega, so need clarity. Thanks!

Bhai ₹1.8 Cr for Sohna Sector 1B? Vatsalaya project ka naam suna hai but ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK sounds super high for Sohna, even with all the hype. Meri family ne bhi wahan dekha tha but we backed out. NRI ho toh aur careful rehna, builders ka focus NRIs pe zyada hota hai because they assume you won't do ground checks.
