Been renting for ages, honestly fed up now. Seriously looking at buying my first 2BHK in Sohna, specifically Sector 25. But man, are these property prices actually justified? It feels like they've shot up so much. Is there any real negotiation room with builders or are the listed prices pretty firm? Also, for someone thinking long-term, what's the actual investment potential here over 3-5 years? With all the talk about DMIC and SPR Extension, I'm wondering if the appreciation is truly solid. What are residents' thoughts?

Haan yaar, I'm also looking. DMIC aur SPR extension ka potential toh hai, no doubt. But the current per sqft rates? Feels like we're paying for future development that's still years away. Is it really worth locking in funds now?
Totally agree bhai! Sohna Sector 25 mein prices sunke toh hosh ud gaye. Lagta hai builders ne bas hawa banayi hui hai DMIC ke naam pe.
