₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 25 Sohna – I'm genuinely confused if these prices are justified. My 2BHK is getting cramped, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Budget around ₹2 Cr, but lagta hai bahut stretch ho jaayega. Is there any negotiation room, ya builders just quote fixed rates? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Municipal ya borewell/tanker dependency rehti hai? Don't want future headaches. Any specific builders in Sector 25 to recommend ya avoid, like Emaar or Godrej? Unka track record kaisa hai Sohna mein? Is the premium for these brands worth it?
