Sohna, Sector 32-33 mein property pricing bas marketing hype lagta hai. I work in real estate, but even I'm shocked by the hidden charges and super area games builders play. Maintenance charges bhi exorbitant hain, RWA kuch karta nahi. Kya sabko same experience hua? Koi real negotiation room hai ya sab fixed hai?

Totally agree with the original post. Sohna mein prices aise dikhaate hain jaise poora Gurgaon shift ho gaya ho. Builders ki hidden costs toh poori ek spreadsheet banwa degi. I was looking at a 2BHK there, but jab final quote aaya, it was almost 20% higher than what was advertised. Sirf super area aur maintenance ke naam pe loot rahe hain, aur RWA ka toh kuch kehna hi nahi. Kya sabko same experience hua?
