Visited a couple of projects in Sohna Sector 36A last weekend. Honestly, the brochures look great but actual ground reality thodi alag hai. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK so looking at 3BHK options. Log bolte hain investment potential bahut hai, but daily life mein water supply aur power cuts ka issue suna hai. Anyone living there, is it really that bad? Also, what about hidden costs like club charges ya PLC that aren't clear initially? Thinking of taking another home loan, so har little detail matters. What's the real ROI like for rentals?
