Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Sohna, specifically Sector 37D. I work in real estate, so I thought I knew what to look out for, but the monsoon hit last year was an eye-opener. Brochures show lush greens, but what about the actual drainage? I've heard horror stories about waterlogging near the main roads and even inside some complexes after heavy rains. Is this still a major issue in 37D? Builders always gloss over this, but I'm buying for myself now and really don't want to deal with flooded basements or roads. Any residents here can share their real experience?

Totally agree, bhai. I've been looking at Sohna 37D too, specifically projects near the highway. Brochures look great, but last year's rains were scary. Saw some videos of water up to the car doors on the main Sohna Road itself. It makes you wonder if the internal drainage in these new complexes is any better. Builders promise world-class amenities, but basic infrastructure like proper storm water drains often gets ignored. Main concern hai ki investment doob na jaaye.
Haan bhai, same here.
