Sohna Sector 62: The hidden cost of 'potential'

Okay I'll say what no one says about Sohna Sector 62. Just moved into my 3BHK here a couple months back. Everyone glorifies the 'potential' but nobody talks about the actual value for money. ₹1.8 Cr for this… it feels steep honestly. Builder ne bola tha best RWA hoga, but maintenance charges are crazy high, and services aren't even that great. Is it just me or are the prices here just inflated hype? Change my mind.
