Builders like M3M and Emaar have some good projects, but I need to know the *real* daily life experience. Brochure pe toh sab smooth dikhta hai, but ground reality kya hai? Especially water supply ka kya scene hai? Municipal connection hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai, ya phir tanker mafia ka raaj hai? Aur traffic ka kya haal hai, especially towards the SPR extension side during peak hours? Is it a smooth drive or total nightmare? Planning for long-term living, so these small details really matter. What's the general vibe like for families? Koi actual resident batao please, what's the truth beyond the marketing pitch?

Bhai, Sohna 63 sunne mein achha lagta hai, but ground reality thodi tough hai. Especially water ka issue bahut common hai wahan pe, mostly borewell pe chal raha hai abhi. Municipal connection ka toh pata nahi kab aayega. M3M aur Emaar ke projects expensive hain, lekin services ka kya, yeh dekhna padega. Mera friend Badshahpur mein rehta hai, wahan bhi same problem hai.
