Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – Sohna Sector 63A is on my radar. Based in Dubai, can't visit. 2BHK prices wahan justified hain? What's the investment potential for 3-5 years? Rental demand aur resale market kaisa hai? Need ground reality.

Honestly, for Sohna Sector 63A, I feel the prices are already quite inflated. Many projects there started low, but now with all the hype around connectivity to Airport Road (Gurgaon side), builders have really jacked up rates. My friend booked a 2BHK there with Signature Global, and the possession has been delayed twice already. Investment potential in 3-5 years? Maybe, but don't expect crazy appreciation. Rental demand is still weak, mostly due to lack of infrastructure.
