Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm stuck on this security drama in Sohna projects. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa, maybe at Signature Global City 93. Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities but nobody talks about the actual security setup. For an investor, tenant attraction is key, aur good security means peace of mind. But is it just CCTV footage after the fact, ya proper visitor management system bhi hai? Honestly, I feel like security systems are just a checklist item for builders, not a real priority. After a year, guards are lazy, CCTVs are half-broken, aur visitor logs kaun check karta hai? It affects resale value and tenant retention big time.
