Sohna super area trap: itna difference?

Sohna Road projects kaafi dekh raha hoon. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. But yaar, yeh super area ka chakkar samajh nahi aa raha. Orchid Infrastructures ke ek project mein 20% difference dikha. Matlab, itna extra paisa for what? Is this common in Sohna? Investors, how do you factor this into your ROI calculations?

Bhai, ye Sohna mein common hai. Sirf Orchid nahi, almost sab builders ka yahi haal hai. They load the super area like crazy. Hum first-time buyers ke liye toh double maar hai.

Haan, bilkul sahi kaha. Mere cousin ne bhi Sohna mein liya tha, uska bhi bahut bada difference nikla. Lagta hai ye builders ki standard practice ban gayi hai.
