Sohna under-construction projects feel like a huge gamble
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting trying to figure out the Sohna market. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or something bigger. Already have a home loan, so this next move needs to be smart. I'm weighing Signature Global City 81, it's completed and the 3BHKs are around ₹1.3 Cr. Pretty straightforward, ready to move in. Then there's Surendra Home 57, ongoing, but it's a much bigger jump at ₹2.8 Cr. That's a huge commitment for an under-construction project, not sure if that premium for the villa is worth the wait or potential delays. What are people's experiences with ongoing projects in Sohna lately? Is the under-construction gamble worth it for something like Surendra Home 57, or should I just stick with a completed project like Signature Global for peace of mind? Really need some honest opinions on the possession status risk.
