Parents bol rahe hain ki 20-25% extra toh pakad ke chal. Is that true for Sohna? Also, delivery risk ka kya scene hai? Builders promise a lot, but actual handover mein kitna delay hota hai? Totally agree with you yaar! Sohna mein projects dekh ke mera bhi dimag ghoom gaya hai. Parents wali baat toh bilkul sahi hai, 20% toh minimum pakad ke chalo.
