Sohna upgrade: Emaar The Privilege ki resale value pe doubt hai
Six months pehle I started looking for a 3BHK upgrade in Sohna. Emaar The Privilege ka price range ₹1.95 Cr–₹3.77 Cr hai, but honestly, I'm worried about its resale market. Everyone talks about the builder, but kya Sohna mein completed projects ka actual capital appreciation future mein hoga? Investor ratio high hai toh exit kaise milegi? Feels like a ghost society risk. Change my mind.

Totally agree! Sohna mein capital appreciation ka doubt mujhe bhi hai. ₹2 Cr minimum price hai, upar se 'completed' bolte hain but ghost town feel aata hai. Emaar naam hai bas, location ki connectivity ka kya? Airport Road se bhi kitna andar hai. Resale mein toh lagta hai bohot nuksaan hoga.
