Since selling my 2BHK, I'm seriously looking at Signature Global Park 1 in Sohna for a 3BHK. My main worry as an investor is construction quality for long-term ROI. Site visits pe kya dekhna chahiye? Cracks, seepage, finishing issues... kya yeh sab early signs hain? Also, power backup ka scene kya hai? Full flat backup ya sirf common areas? Does that really affect tenant appeal or resale value later? I'm already in a home loan, so har penny counts.
