Sohna upgrade: Is Ashley Estate's price justified?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of a 3BHK or villa. Ashley Estate Floors 6 in Sohna looks good on paper, but ₹3.80 Cr is quite a jump. Is this price just a market trend, ya actual mein itna value hai for daily living? Especially for a family, schools aur markets aas paas kaise hain? Aur carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, doesn't look very generous in floor plans. Just want to know if the premium is really justified for a good home.
