Is the premium for Smartworld DXP Phase 2 in Sohna really justified over Ashley Estate Floors 3? I'm currently in a 2BHK and eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Smartworld is ongoing at ₹6.3 Cr, while Ashley Estate is completed at ₹4.7 Cr. The price jump is significant. What's the community's take on 5-year appreciation for both?
