Sohna's BLF Nature Valley: Quality claims vs. reality?
Visited BLF Nature Valley in Sohna last weekend. The kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to downsize to a smaller, more manageable flat, maybe a 2BHK. It looked decent, but honestly, I'm really trying to get a reality check on the construction quality. For a place we hope to live in for years, are plaster cracks or seepage common issues after possession? I've heard stories. Also, what about post-possession maintenance charges? Are they reasonable, or do builders just hike them up endlessly? We really want a low-hassle setup, especially with good society maintenance and maybe a nearby hospital. What's the actual word-of-mouth reputation among current residents there? Just want to avoid any nasty surprises later. Should we consider it for an end-use like ours?

Haan, zero projects wala point toh red flag hai. Sohna mein abhi bahut naye builders aa rahe hain. Maintenance ka issue toh har jagah hai, but zero project experience means they might not even know how to set up a proper RWA. Kya unka RERA registration number valid hai? Check kar lena ek baar.
RERA registration
Bhai, BLF Developers ka naam pehle kabhi suna nahi. Aapne research kiya kya? I heard they have zero prior projects. Sounds risky for a first-time buyer like us. Construction quality toh door ki baat hai, project complete hoga bhi ya nahi, ye tension rehti hai.
Exactly! My uncle faced this with a small-time builder near Baharampur Naya. Project delay hua, then quality issues, and finally RERA mein complain karni padi. Better to be safe than sorry, especially for retirement plans.
Sahi kaha! Zero projects matlab, they're learning on our money. Bahut risky deal hai, especially for such a big investment.
