Honestly, I'm finding this whole downsizing process more complicated than I thought. My kids have moved out, so we're looking for a manageable 2BHK in Sohna, maybe DLF Phase 1. Everyone glorifies the premium tag, but nobody talks about the ground reality for daily essentials. What about proper hospitals nearby? Only small clinics, ya multi-specialty options bhi hain? And water supply ka kya haal hai? Borewell or municipal? Maintenance charges toh bilkul sky-high honge na? For us senior citizens, practicalities matter more than fancy amenities. Change my mind.
