Sohna's infra boom is already fully priced in, change my mind.
Just got possession of my 2BHK in Sohna last month near SPR, and honestly, the connectivity is still a work in progress. I bought into a Godrej project, around ₹1.4 Cr, thinking all the upcoming infra like Dwarka Expressway and Gurugram Metro extension will really push prices up. But abhi tak toh traffic ka haal wahi hai. Is Sohna ka real appreciation potential linked only to these big projects, ya market already priced it in? Many friends say Global City aur DMIC ka impact will be huge in 2-3 years. But some think all the good growth is done, and now it's just slow climb. What's your take on Sohna's future appreciation? Jin logo ne pehle invest kiya hai, what's your first-hand experience? Should I expect good ROI by 2026-27 or is it too optimistic?
