My landlord raised rent again, honestly so fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Sohna. Budget's around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK. I'm torn between Sohna Road projects like Godrej or betting on areas along Dwarka Expressway, maybe with Signature Global. With Dwarka Expressway finishing soon and Global City coming, which infrastructure play gives better ROI? Immediate gains from completion or long-term bet on DMIC? What's your take?

Bhai, totally relate! Rent se toh sab pareshaan hain. Sohna mein Godrej projects ka track record kaisa hai for possession? Suna hai thoda delay hota hai. Dwarka Expy waale projects mein bhi yahi haal hai kya?
