I'm honestly tired of my landlord hiking rent again. Sohna mein investment soch raha. DMIC aur Global City ke paas abhi bhi kuch affordable options hain kya? Lagta hai sab prices already badh gaye hain.

Yaar, I completely agree. Sohna ka naam sunte hi pehle toh laga tha future hai, but ab toh lag raha hai sab high-rise aur commercial projects ne rates itne badha diye hain ki affordable kuch bacha hi nahi. DMIC aur Global City ka hype sab investors ne pehle hi cash kar liya hai.

Sahi baat hai bhai, same frustration. Rent se bachne nikle, aur yahan investment bhi out of reach lag rahi.
