Currently I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Sohna. Everyone talks about the new Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and road widening. But is the price jump there really justified by this infrastructure? I'm seeing prices around 1.5 Cr for a decent 3BHK. Which specific pockets or sectors along Sohna have actually benefited the most from these developments? Or is it just general market appreciation? Already have a home loan, so a big premium needs solid reasons. Kya lagta hai?
