Sohna mein property prices 2 saal mein 25% badh gaye hain, especially after the new expressway. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Honestly, is this price jump justified by just infra? Which Sohna pockets actually benefited most from the SPR and other connectivity? Already have a home loan, so don't want to overpay. Kya lagta hai, worth it hai?

Nahi yaar, hype nahi hai. Real demand hai. SPR se direct connect ho gaya hai, traffic kam hua hai. Plus, companies bhi udhar shift ho rahi hain slowly. My friend booked a plot near Badshahpur side, usko already ache returns dikh rahe hain. Sohna is the next big thing, for sure.

But existing home loan hai, aur abhi aur load nahi lena. Kya lagta hai, is it really worth it, ya sirf hype hai? Connectivity toh theek hai, but living standards bhi improve hue hain kya us hisaab se?
Hype toh hai definitely. Hum bhi dekh rahe the wahan. But Airport Road se connectivity ne thoda appeal badhaya hai. Par 25% for what exactly? Main bhi budget-conscious hoon, so it's a big red flag for me.
Totally agree bhai! Sirf expressway se itna toh nahi badhna chahiye. Lagta hai builders ne milke inflate kiya hai.
