Totally agree with your point! Sohna mein high-end amenities ka maintenance cost itna zyaada hota hai ki ROI toh door ki baat, pocket pe hi bhaari pad jaata hai. Tenants ko swimming pool se zyada convenient location aur reasonable rent chahiye hota hai.
