I'm based in Dubai and looking at investment properties, maybe around Sector 45 near Eldeco projects. Is there any specific area ya project jahan abhi bhi value mil sakti hai? Builders ka current pricing strategy kya hai? I'm worried about missing out on good deals since I can't do site visits. What's the real ground truth on prices after the recent infra push?

Sohna mein value? Bhai, sab projects kaafi overpriced lag rahe hain ab. Especially near Sector 45, Eldeco ke paas toh rate sky-high hain. Lagta hai infra push ka sara fayda builders ne utha liya hai, hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye kuch nahi bacha. Dubai se invest karna toh aur mushkil hoga, site visit ke bina kaise decide karein?
